Welcome to our 5-Week Bootcamp Program, designed to get your fitness routine back into your schedule after a busy summer! We will introduce proper form for foundational movements, so you can push yourself without injury! This course is perfect for beginners looking to get back into a workout routine, and boost mental health through our community.

Course Overview:

  • Duration: 5 weeks

  • Class Schedule: 2 x a week (45 min sessions) Monday & Wednesday

  • Target Areas: Upper Cross (Abs, Shoulders, Forearms), Lower Posterior Chain (Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves), Transverse Slings, Balance and Cardiovascular Endurance.

  • Class Structure: Warm up, Cardio Extended Warm Up, 5 Station Circuit, Core Resistance, Cool Down (45 minutes)
