Course Overview:
Duration: 5 weeks
Class Schedule: 2 x a week (45 min sessions) Monday & Wednesday
Target Areas: Upper Cross (Abs, Shoulders, Forearms), Lower Posterior Chain (Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves), Transverse Slings, Balance and Cardiovascular Endurance.
Class Structure: Warm up, Cardio Extended Warm Up, 5 Station Circuit, Core Resistance, Cool Down (45 minutes)
