Welcome to our 5-Week Strength & Toning Program, designed to get your fitness routine back into your schedule after a busy holiday season! We will introduce proper form for foundational movements, so you can push yourself without injury! This course is perfect for beginners looking to get back into a workout routine, and boost mental health through our community.

Course Overview:

  • Duration: 5 weeks

  • Class Schedule: 1-3 x a week options available (45 min sessions) Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday

  • Target Areas: Upper Cross (Abs, Shoulders, Forearms), Lower Posterior Chain (Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves), Transverse Slings, Balance and Cardiovascular Endurance.

  • Class Structure: Warm up, Cardio Extended Warm Up, Weightlifting Circuit, Core Resistance, Cool Down (45 minutes)

Course Options & Pricing:

We offer flexible options to suit your schedule and budget:

  • Once a week (Wednesdays) – $175 total for complete 5-week course

  • Twice a week (Mondays & Fridays) – $350 for complete 5-week course

  • Three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday) - $525 for complete 5-week course

Class time:

  • 10 am (Marina)

  • 12 pm (Sydnee)

  • 5pm (Amanda)
