We will introduce proper form for foundational movements, so you can push yourself without injury! This course is perfect for beginners looking to get back into a workout routine, and boost mental health through our community.
Course Overview:
Duration: 5 weeks
Class Schedule: 1-3 x a week options available (45 min sessions) Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday
Target Areas: Upper Cross (Abs, Shoulders, Forearms), Lower Posterior Chain (Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves), Transverse Slings, Balance and Cardiovascular Endurance.
Class Structure: Warm up, Cardio Extended Warm Up, Weightlifting Circuit, Core Resistance, Cool Down (45 minutes)

Once a week (Wednesdays) – $175 total for complete 5-week course
Twice a week (Mondays & Fridays) – $350 for complete 5-week course
Three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday) - $525 for complete 5-week course
