Welcome to our 5-Week Strength & Toning Program, designed to get your fitness routine back into your schedule during a busy holiday season! We will focus on proper form with heavier weights with the barbell, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Our small group programs are aimed at making sure you have good form under the watchful eye of our amazing trainers to avoid injury! This course is perfect for all fitness levels looking to stay accountable to a workout routine during the holiday season and to get a headstart on those 2025 fitness resolutions.

Course Overview:

  • Duration: 5 weeks

  • Class Schedule: 1-3 x a week options available (45 min sessions) Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday at 6pm 

  • Target Areas: Upper Cross (Abs, Shoulders, Forearms), Lower Posterior Chain (Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves), Transverse Slings, Balance and Cardiovascular Endurance.

  • Class Structure: Warm up, Cardio Extended Warm Up, Weightlifting Circuit, Core Resistance, Cool Down (45 minutes)

Course Options & Pricing:

We offer flexible options to suit your schedule and budget:

  • Once a week (Wednesdays) – $35 / week for complete 5-week course

  • Twice a week (Mondays & Fridays) – $70 / week  for complete 5-week course

  • Three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday) - $105 / week for complete 5-week course
