Skin diseases in the acute phase
Acute thrombophlebitis
Increased vascular fragility
Serious diseases of the lymphatic or circulatory systems
Malignant or benign tumors
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Acute infectious diseases
Diabetes mellitus

The course starts on Tuesday, December 3rd, and will run till December 19th, with classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM at Untamed Fitness, located at 22313 70th Ave W, Suite L1A, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043 (free parking on site).

Pricing options:

1 class per week (Wednesdays) 3 classes total– $189
2 classes per week (Mondays & Wednesdays) 6 classes total – $378
